Explore principles of physics such as gravity, energy, motion and friction and then put your knowledge to use to create your own marble roller coaster. When you drop a bowling ball and a ping pong ball, will they land at the same time? Will a toy car go down a track faster if you add a penny for extra weight? Through experiments and exploration we will learn about the forces of gravity, energy, motion and friction.  Then students will take what they've learned and use the wide variety of materials in Seabury’s MakerSpace to create their own marble roller coasters. On Friday afternoon, we will showcase our roller coaster creations for family and friends.
