Regional Science Fair!

Ninety schools were represented at the Regional Science Fair, with 570 students in attendance and 494 projects displayed. The gender breakdown in case you were curious: 293 females, and 277 males.

We're proud of our Seabury participants! Judah won a grade-level second place for his “Decaying Apples” project. Eliza won a first-grade third place for her “Bath Bomb Bubble.” Caroline got a fourth-grade second place for “When Data Falls Flat.” Sofia got a “Weird Science” award for “How Does Age and Exercise Affect Heart Rate?”

In the following articles, you can read from two perspectives what it's like to participate in the Regional Science Fair, one from a multi-year participant (Caroline) and the other from a first-timer (Sofia).
